I, as the individual (or legal representative) receiving services, agree to receive services provided by RSC Health, PA ("we," "us," or "RSC Health") or its business services provider LCDC LLC. Services may include:
- Health care provider education sessions
- Physician consultations via telemedicine ("Consults")
- Customer support or counseling
- Laboratory test ordering ("Tests"), including physician oversight and results ("Results")
- Other related services via telemedicine, directly or through LCDC LLC (the "Services")
Consent & Acknowledgment
By accepting these terms, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I have read, understood, and had the opportunity to ask questions about RSC Health's services.
- Communication Consent: By signing up, you agree to receive text messages (payment reminders, testing info, updates) from RSC Health at the cell number used during sign-up. Consent is not a purchase condition. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
- Accurate Medical History: My medical history is correct to the best of my knowledge. I will not hold RSC Health or its providers responsible for errors or omissions I made in providing information.
- "Health Care Providers" includes RSC Health, its physicians, nurse practitioners, and employees.
- Authorization: I authorize RSC Health and its affiliates (including LCDC LLC, owner/operator of RapidSTDtesting.com, RSChealth.com, MedProMedicaltesting.com), Care Coordination Team, business associates, and agents to view and use my health information (including test results) for healthcare operations.
- Only RSC Health physicians diagnose conditions, diseases, or illnesses.
Results & Follow-up
- Abnormal Results: If I receive an abnormal test result, RSC Health's Care Coordination Team will attempt to call me to review, educate, and explain next steps. They may leave a voice message or mail a follow-up letter (excluding test results). If unreachable, I must follow up with my personal physician.
- Telemedicine Consults:
- For STD results (including HIV): You will have the opportunity for a telemedicine consult.
- For non-STD results: You may have an education session or consult, as appropriate.
- For certain conditions (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes Simplex 2, Trichomoniasis): The physician may prescribe medication if appropriate.
- Physical Presence: I certify I will be physically present in my state of residence (or notified state) during my consult.
- Information Sharing: RSC Health will share information regarding consults/results with my primary care physician within 72 hours if requested via a signed release form. I am responsible for initiating this follow-up.
- Medical Decisions: I will not make medical decisions, disregard advice, or delay seeking advice based on telemedicine information.
- Legal Reporting: Certain abnormal STD results may be disclosed to my state health agency as required by law.
- Notification: If I receive an abnormal STD result, I am responsible for notifying my sexual and needle-sharing partners and following up with my physician.
Telemedicine Services
- Remote Care: Consults may be conducted via electronic communications and may not involve an in-person exam. The physician will determine if treatment is appropriate based on the information I provide.
- Scope of Services: The treating physician determines the scope of services. No guarantee of diagnosis, treatment, or prescription is implied. The standard of care is the same as in-person care.
- Withdrawal of Consent: I may withdraw consent for telemedicine at any time by contacting the Care Coordination Team at 1 (866) 873-0879 or [email protected].
- No Video Retention: Video feeds from consults are not retained or recorded by RSC Health.
- Privacy: Health and wellness information related to telemedicine is governed by RSC Health's Notice of Privacy Practices.
- Alternative Services: If I require immediate medical attention, I should use in-person providers, emergency rooms, or urgent care.
- Technical Risks: There are risks associated with technology use, including disruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond RSC Health's control.
- Complaints: I have received notice on how to file a complaint with the Missouri Medical Board regarding telemedicine services.

- While we strive for security, we cannot guarantee complete safety due to the nature of online communication.
- If you become aware of a breach, notify us immediately.

Privacy Policy
Rapid STD Testing is a division of Rapid Screenings Center. Your information is confidential and will not be shared without authorization except as required by law. Positive results for communicable diseases are reported to state health departments (minimum required info only). We never share information with your insurance or other parties without consent. Your data is protected under HIPAA.
Disclaimer
Results from Rapid Screenings Center are for informational purposes only. Our counselors may not be doctors, cannot diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Testing with us does not replace care from a medical practitioner. We are responsible only for privacy and service as described here.
Cancellation Policy
- 25% cancellation fee if requested within 21 days
- After 21 days: a credit for future testing will be issued
Rescheduling Policy
- Testing may be rescheduled up to 30 days after initial setup with no additional fees
Refund Policy
- Refunds handled case-by-case for exceptional circumstances
